Staff who provide Personal Health Budgets (South East)

South East Personalised Care and Personal Health Budgets Discovery Project

Who is the survey for?
It’s for all people working in health and care that offer Personal Health Budgets (PHBs) / Personal Wheelchair Budgets (PWBs) to people/ patients as part of their day to day work.

What is the survey about?
We are interested in the impact of the quality of Personal Health Budgets (PHBs) based on the new Quality Framework. We'd also like to know how you feel about your role and the care and support you are able to provide and what impact you think PHBs have on the people you provide care and support to (we are also surveying people and families who receive PHBs separately).

Who’s asking?
The survey is being carried out by NHS England’s South East Regional Team and a charity called 'In Control'.

Who will read my answers and what will you do with them?
The research team at In Control will independently review and analyse the answers to the survey and based on these, create a report describing what people have said. People who have contributed to the survey will not be identified in the report. The report will be used to help inform future plans for supporting staff to use personalised are approaches in their work.

Do I have to answer the questions?
No, if you do not want to take part then that is absolutely fine. You can also choose to answer some or all of the questions. If you do answer them we will only use them in the way we have described.

If you would prefer to discuss over the phone or video call, individually or within a team please contact: julie.stansfield@in-control.org.uk
